I applied for a free trial of beauty products havent used them yet I paid €4.99 postage for these products and on the 23rd November €109 was taken from my visa account without my permission. I have no intention of purchasing these products and intend returning them as my daughter who is a beauty therapist said that they were not suitable for my skin type.
