June 9 recieved letter saying i won 3,331, 947 dollars and to send $40 proceesing fee.
THEY SAID THAt i had til june 27 to send in my submission form, i figured id send it right away, and did so, and now im discovering that this is a scam, is there any way i can get my $40.00 back?
