April 11 a ms torres from brooklyn ny hacked my cell phone account added 5 new lines and upgraded my husband's phone to an i-phone thus rendering his phone unoperateable. Went to Verizon's store in Dickinson ND on april 13, they contacted the main company for me. I was assured that i wouldn't be charged for any of the extra charges. Since then I have called them 4 times about my bill each time they assured me that i just needed to pay my normal bill which i did. Now they suspended my cell service due to unpayment (late fees, unpaid balance, ny state taxes, long distance phone call to Canada)
I never recieved any benefit from this -ms torres did - but i'm suppose to pay for services i never used or received
each time i contact them they tell me it will be taken care of. I don't feel i should have to pay for their error in allowing my account to be hacked and for services i never received.
