My April Verizon bill had two charges for something I did not recognize or order so I called Verizon Wireless customer service. I was told to contact the text message services via cell phone and tell them to stop the service, which I did. For the record I did not order anything via text!
I still have the charges on the cell bill, so again I checked with the wireless provider. They again gave me contact phone numbers and web address for cell flirt and the contacts are dead end.
