Several days after my X Hose arrived, I hooked it up to the spigot and it IMMEDIATELY burst. I have since been informed that in order to receive my money back I would have to send the hose to CHINA! Really? China? Thanks so much American company National Express Online residing in Connecticut!
I have since been back to their website to see if they had posted such a warning and there is none.
I recognize and am willing to concede that sometimes, because of the manufacturing process, individual products can be defective. But if I had known that I would have to send the hose back to CHINA (or CANADA, or MEXICO or INDIA, or the UK) if it was defective, I would NEVER have bought it.
I really believe that if a company wants toexport care and customer service to a location outside of the United States, then ALL correspondence including address, email and telephone contacts should be prominently listed reflecting the country you will be dealing with. It is fraudulent to show an American address as a shell to lure in sales.
