The hose started leaking water after a few weeks of gentle use (just to water the plants on the terrace once a week!). The main break has happened last week, the hose is now useless! It was never left full of water, not exposed to the sun, nor any other accidental damage! There is no way to reach the Company, even though there is a 1 year warranty!!! Is there a phone number in China, that I must call, in order to get my money back or get a replacement?!!! The idea is great but the quality is poor! What an incredible scam! The hose must of cost $1 to make in China and they sell it for $20, here in the USA, the hose breaks down after less then a month of a gentle use! In my book - THIS IS NOT OK! Thanks!
