Ordered a website through this company in 2012. Only part of the work was completed and over the next 12 months I repeatedly contacted them to find out when the work will be completed but the only time they replied was when I threatened to sue them but all I got was a lot of excuses.
I asked several times for a refund but never received one.
I googled the company to find out that they have done this to most of their customers.
In January they put the company into liquidation and started trading under a new company which is Online Ventures Software Ltd
Going by the previous history of the company directors I don't think it'll be long before they start doing the same with the new company name their trading under.
