I figured out quickly I was not going to be able to do that business and asked them for my $27 back as promised, and it was not refunded. Smart Puppy was arranged through them and they are billing me unauthorized renewal fees for a website that is not in use. I did not agree to auto renewals without notice. This is unethical and should be illegal. It appears that Smart Puppy either IS or they transferred the account to webmanagement.com in Switzerland. I had to freeze my credit card and I have written 6 customer service messages to them with no response. The phone number on the web page does not connect from mine at all and I wonder who is really billing me for a service not rendered. Smart Puppy looks like a defunct company, but where did they send my account and how can I get it shut down to prevent further billing? Not fair to my credit company or me.
