On 11/29, I ordered Christmas gifts. I never received the package. When I would e-mail NoMoreRack asking about my shipment, I would always get standard cookie-cutter replies. Finally, the first of January, NoMoreRack stated that the package must have gotten "lost", and e-mailed me that they would credit my credit card the full $40 charge. After two weeks, they credited my credit card only $20 - half. NOT a good way to run a business. I would like the full $40 charge credited.
