I was already having trouble breathing and she made me so upset my head felt like it was going to bust on my right side of my head, the staff and doctors watched me struggle for air as now I had a major attack and I dug for my Kaiser Card and begged for help to breath I was in the office with not and offer of water and more cracks like, she going to spend some money now Dr. Denton Dr. Paige Murray talking about me not having money. They took my Kaiser card made and appointment at Kaiser same time my daughter (disabled gets off bus around 3:00 I begged them to call them back, I told them I had to be home for the bus to drop my child off and they told me don't worry about her. I begged them to call Kaiser back because I did not want to have a no call, no show on my records and I told them I had no money for copay, they did not. They had my oldest daughter brought to the doctors office in back of police car (a bomb threat was in affect at Mount Zion High School 2-13-03 so that did not look good.) My son was there because he had a 9.30am appointment that they did not call him to the back office room like when his appendix burst Nov. 2002 the receptionist said it's them again because I had just brought he in that Friday then I bought him back Tuesday. He leaned on me and cried like a baby when they said it's them again. I want a fair trial so I ask Please come see my court date because the door reads, Atlanta Medical Center Family Practice Center but they claim to be Morrow Healthcares

I iced and heat packed it the bend of my arm the nurse at Anchor stuck me in. When I tried to sleep the pain where she stuck hurts an still wakes me. I took over the counter pain medicine for pain because too much to fill the perceptions Kaiser wrote out for me. To get the swelling on the left side my face down I used cold packs for weeks. I could not stop gagging for over a month I itched like never before and shakes like they gave me a junky drug.
I do not smoke, drink, use dumb drugs, or party.
