Scott Sen Sok, PAC (Physician Assistant certified) AN RN do you every say i need to see a NURSE you want to see a doctor take a look at their web site have you ever seen those doctors, some of you maybe once and when you ask for your doctor you are told he is no longer with us, so you get a PAC (RN), think about it would like a mechanic assistant to fix your car or your MECHANIC. An assitant can change your oil and tires he can not fix the rest of your car without a mechanic. They should ID themselfs as PAC, wear badges so the patient knows what he or she is getting I ask scot sen sof if he was a spicalist or a general practioner he said he was a general practioner iassume he was a doctor he wanted to blood work on my son before he would do an acne prescrption refill I am a father and the answer to the question was NO he kept on insisting saying that he would not refill the precription after 5 refill untill i ok the bloodwork an even after i said no he kept on talking to my son a minor about the bloodwork? They will not renew your precription until you do a copay not even temporary even if your appointment is in two weeks you can never speek to your doctor if ppo (doctor) HMO (PAC) directly always the ASSistance of the cordinator who will hang up on you, need it right away they retun your call at the end of the day Miss lisa in charge chief adminstrator will not treat you any different then you will see the culture comes from the top very unprofessional, no empathy nor etiquette. You wonder why would someone pay so much money on a medical center for porfit an have a them run it into the... The mediical center is for profit not for care I know understand why THEY DO NOT CARE!
