I wanted to let you know that I will be contacting someone daily at this company. I have had 2 charges from "Thrive Systems" Unknowingly to my credit card. I have a completely unopened and completely sealed EXPENSIVE product. I will return, I will pay for shipping. Please let me know how to get a refund for this. I have already cancelled the subscription, but I do need my money back. I believe I was unjustly scammed by recieving charges VASTLY above what was expected and I fully expect to recieve a refund upon return of the product I do not want. I will admit that I was tricked by heavy marketing and graphics, with misleading information.
If I cannot receive a refund, they better be expecting a filed complaint from the Better Business Bureau, and a letter from my lawyer about the charges on 5-16 for $88.74 and the charges on 6/11 for $93.61. (while I was on my honeymoon) I would have called to cancel sooner, I did so as soon as I could, but getting married put a damper on that.
So angry. I would like a call with someone with more sympathy and business sense than the so-called "manager" I spoke with this morning.
