I ordered two supplements from PurGreen for "shipping only." When they called to confirm I had received the shipment I told them I had, but did not want to have any further shipments or be put on any automatic delivery plans. They said okay and for any problems to call PurGreen Customer Service.
Not even a month later I received charges on against my bank account for $177.66. I did not receive product, just the charges. I called Customer Service and after extensive conversation, they agreed to credit me $88.92, but refused to return the entire amount because I had not called them directly "within the required contract time." I told them that I spoke with whoever called to confirm, and they responded that wasn't enough—I should have called them. Certainly I had no idea they were going to submit $177.66 in charges for $6.00 bottles of supplements.
On July 5th they did credit me $88.92, but proceeded to add another charge of $88.74—blotting out the return fee completely, so that I was back up to $177.66 in charges for product I did not request and which, by the way, I never received.
Customer Service had stated they "could not" return my funds because I had not made the call in a timely fashion and further, they pill had already been sent. It is now July 12th and I'm down $177.66, yet never received any product after the two initial "shipping only" bottles.
