My girlfriend and I were searching the Internet for new pets and we came across some tea cup chihuahuas and decided they were perfect. Only $180 dollars each and we didn't need to pay to have them shipped. We sent the money using western union to the seller and we waited hours for a reply. Finally 5 hours after threatening to involve the authorities we finally received an email back stating she was at the transport agency for hours. We then got an email from the agency stating they had the exact puppy we ordered and that it would sent as soon as a final check up would be done. We waited patiently for information then we received an email wishing to confirm the sending address. We never heard from either of them again. Even after calling and emailing both the seller and agency we are left $180 short and not having a puppy. Is there anyway to retrieve the money?
