Wished to renew my Avast free anti-virus. It appeared that they now charge 39.99. On May 29 another charge of 39.99 appeared from Nex way soft ware. I thought the service was still free. Called nex way and they wanted me to sign a maintenance contract for my computer before they could give me e refund. Confused and out $ 79.98.
