Technician recommended the forever-free Avast virus program and he installed it. Recommended to all their customers. I fired Trend-Micro for missing Trojans.
I was told later by Avast to purchase virus program to continue. I paid the $29.99 USD. It's on my credit card report. No other information received. Now I'm getting screen notices that my Avast is running out of virus free-time and I need to purchase program.
