I placed an order at a "wrap party" and was told I would be contacted by the company before time of the next order. It took a full 14 days for delivery, the company never contacted me, and my account was debited for the next shipment. The first shipment has not been used because the products are AWFUL! I would have let the company know, if they had contacted me as promised.
Now, they say that I must wait for the next awful shipment before they can refund my money, or I can pay an additional $50 and they will cancel now, then refund my money, sans the $50, when the next shipment gets back to them.
