I took advantage of a "free trial" of an e-cig starter kid by paying the s&h of 4.95. Within 10 minutes of receiving the kit I determined that neither cartridge and/or battery was working—there was no vapor and the taste was horrible. I immediately called to cancel any future shipments and was told that I needed to send the "free" trial kit back —at my own expense. I explained that I was not even able to do the trial because of the quality of the equipment and again I was told that I had to ship it back—at my own expense. When I pointed out that I had already paid $4.95 in good faith and to spend another $5 to send it back for something that didn't work was hardly in keeping with their "customer satisfaction guarantee" I was told too bad—if the product isnt returned within 10 days of receipt I would be billed 99$... I do not have the funds to mail this back within that time. Not sure what to do?
