After purching a pair of Michael Kors shoes, they later became defective and I returned them for repair in December. I have the "Return Receipt for Merchandise" indicating that the shoes were received by Michael Kors Company. As of today, I have not received my shoes back nor have I even heard from the company. How can I recover either: 1) My shoes back, 2) A replacement pair of shoes, 3) A refund in the amount of $120.00 plus tax, shipping?
Your assistance, please.
Thank you,
Virginia Cottrell Thomas
