With no warning to residents near Scarborough Station, repair crews with leaf blowers, buzz saws and serious vibration equipment/noises started working after 10 pm on June 17 on the roof of the Metro North mechanical building on Kemeys Avenue in Briarcliff Manor. It appears they will be working with this level of noise disturbance throughout the night. With some notification, people who need sleep could have gone to a hotel. This is a totally unacceptable action on the part of Metro North.
