Purchased 2 sample offers Via ad on Facebook at cost of £1.99 each. End of month my account was hit for two payments of £89.66 and two new items sent. Returned items by Post Office tracking service and called company 0808 189 0369 and was informed my money will be refunded 1 to 10 days, still waiting on refund.
