I ordered a "free sample" from a pop-up advert in middle of April. Product arrived, no literature inside envelope. Found that £84 had been taken from my account 10 May. Made enquiries cancelled the order and returned the sample on 13 May by tracker it was received 14 May and signed for. No refund, company is still taking money out of my account and today I have en e-mail from Royal Mail saying a parcel from this company will be delivered today. I do not know how much I will be out of pocket. The bank have put "stop" on this company but it can still take money out and then the bank have to claw the money back from the company! Something needs to be done quickly to outlaw this type of trading.
