We moved our entire household this month Illinois to California. Platinum were, without fail, professional, prompt, and caring. Salesman and estimator John and our Dispatcher Leah we available and responsive to any questions or concerns, as they promised. We cannot say enough about driver Tim and his helper Adrien. Not a single item or door frame was dinged. Nothing was broken. When they arrived at our home with a load on the truck larger than they expected, they worked extra hours to fit everything into the truck without bother to us and without losing anything by intermixing the two loads.in the off-load, everything was placed and assembled as we wished.
