I responded to a Craigslist ad about Samsung Galaxy Note II and received an email from Debra Crowder. She said she was transferred to Toronto from Kansas City and had a brand new phone she was trying to sell. She sent me photos of the phone and the packaging showing it was new. She suggested that we use ParcelFriend as the processing agent because it was safe for both parties. ParcelFriend sent me information on how to transfer the funds to their agent, David Bethel. Once I did, they sent me a receipt for the funds and acknowledgement of the guaranteed delivery by June 5. The phone never came and both ParcelFriend and Debra Crowder will no longer respond to my requests for information.
