I was on my computer last night or early this morning playing games. I think I was on 5 Star Slots; it was my first time on this game. I usually play DoubleU Casino. I was charged 100.00 dollars for 1,000 credits that I did not authorize them to charge me. I am trying to get in contact with Facebook, but I am having some problems reaching them. Also, after they charged me this 100.00, my computer froze, and I cannot play any more games.
I have an order number that I printed to dispute this charge, which is order # 901410046288. I called and reported this to my bank to make them aware of the problem. They gave me a phone number to call Facebook so that Facebook could give me a six-digit number to give to my bank so that they can take care of the problem. But when I called the number, they gave me this website address, and this is what I got. That is why I am typing this and making Facebook aware. I have not been able to reach anyone from Facebook by phone or computer. First, for some reason, Facebook has caused my computer not to work when I go to their site.
Please have someone contact me and give me the six-digit number that I need for my bank.
