This company called my disabled mother and advertised a free cruise, she is mentally disabled and gave her credit card information unaware of what she was going to be charged. They charged her account $618.00!! We called the next day and found out the cruise line she would have been on was to visit a time share presentation. The representative I spoke to did promise a full refund, for the amount she supposedly authorized, to her account which should take 7-10 days. Will follow up if the issue is resolved.
