Our Company paid for one years service by OPM who promised us first page of Google to advertise our business. This never happened and I received another invoice for a further years service. I have refused to pay as I cancelled our business with them in January 13. They say they are taking legal action against us and that the amount owing is subject to interest. They say they have recordings of my agreement to their terms and conditions, however no hard copies of any contract have ever been sent either by post or e mail. I contacted the Citizens Advice and they said this was probably a scam, however I am obviously worried that they are going to take us to court as this could lead to huge costs. I intend to take legal advice.
Can anyone else advise what I should do about these people, who are impossible to talk to as they are very aggressive.
