they will confirm this is a scam and give you a crime number so that these people can be brought to justice! The crime number will also assist you in potentially getting your money back through your bank.
Told me they were from Google, then told me they were a partner of Google. Scammed me into thinking I was paying for my google listing for 12 months and then it turned out I had in fact paid for a membership to use their portal. Do not answer emails, are rude and aggressive. Said I had accepted terms and conditions I knew nothing about.
Contacted trading standards who told me because they have misrepresented themselves, the terms and conditions are unenforceable because they had not been received in a durable medium.
Requested that OPM close the account but they refused.
They ignore emails and do not call back.
