Ordered a free sample, which I received.
1 Month later received a further sample.
Phoned company to say I had not ordered this product again only to be told, that because I had not phoned them on an expensive 0800 number
to cancel I would have to pay £84.00.
When I complaind about there conduct the operator tried to shift the blame on to me by accusing me of not reading the terms and conditions. If I am being offered a free sample why would it be necessary to read the terms and conditions, its a free, meaning no cost. Is this the way we can paople.
Why does trading standards allow these companies to go on with these cons.
When trying to contact this compnay I had to
wait 5 minutes to be connected to an operator
on a very expensive 0800 number, were they making even more money on the telephone call.
