I purchased a uniform to be custom made by Shaunn Lawrence, who guaranteed it's delivery by February. Since February 1st I have been unable to reach him through email or his home phone. After further research I have found that Shaunn Lawrence has a long history of taking orders for custom made costumes and never delivering the promised items to his customers.
