I signed up for a free trial online. The next day I was charged 159.00 I spoke to a women who says her name was Sham, VERY RUDE. They will not allow you to talk to anyone else either. She said there would be instructions on how to return the item, they didn't. Not even a phone number to contact. I found the number and called back again, and the Elaina was VERY RUDE! They say its policy that you need to pay 5.95 PER BOTTLE plus shipping and handling. For something I did not even authorize them to send. They will not let you talk to anyone else, and they will not give you information about the owner, which is public information and any company is authorized to give you. Do not give this company even you name! It is a SCAM!!!
