On May 23rd I ordered what I was lead to believe was a free trial. I was happy to pay the £1.99 post and packing charge. Item arrived on May 28th. I was mortified to find, less than two weeks later, a further £84.71 had been taken from my Bank Account (putting me overdrawn and incurring Bank Charges) I have taken legal advice and unfortunately, it does say in the terms and conditions, that this will happen unless you contact the company and cancel your "membership" Be warned, it is 14 days from date of order not delivery. I am having no luck contacting the company to stop this. I have however contected my Banks Debit Card Disputes and Fraud helpline which will, hopefully, prevent further problems. This companys tactics are disgusting.
