I recently traded in a vehicle for a newer car. Receive a latter saying car was paid off and i went to get a refund on the gap insurance i had on the old car. Called the gap insurance to fid out my gap insurance was cancelled back in sept. Im getting the run around from the dealership and i want my money that i put into the gap policy
