I have a 200.00 loan with these folks and am trying to close it out. I was forced to close the account I initially setup with them due to some fraud issues, meanwhile I have repeated phone calls and "Customer Service Tickets" with these folks asking how I can best take care of this. They will not accept my account from Metabank and will not tell me why. I have asked for an alternative way to pay, ie. Money order etc. And they say they do not accept any other form of payment. They are making it very hard to take care of this payment. I have asked to have someone from their upper management or collection sight contact me and the only person I have heard from is their "Customer Service Manager" in several Customer Service "Ticket" chats.
