I did not send any money in as I always check the internet info first. I received a notice that I had definitely won $3,331, 947.11 as soon as I sent in a $20.00 processing fee which I did not do. I saw no listed complaints from West Virginia so I wanted everyone to know that they are active in this state. Thank you
