This is the biggest line of (Inappropriate Content Removed) I have ever dealt with. I logged onto the internet to change my address with the post office. I inadvertantly clicked on www.change-my-address.com. I filed out the informatin and entered my credit card information to get my address changed. This website is very misleading, even stating that the post office charges a $1.00 processing fee to make this online change. I don't think anyone in their right mind would pay $20.00 to have their mail transfered, ok, come on. I immediatly realized what I had done and called the company. They put on a 30 minute wait on hold. Finally coming on line and saying that my payment had been processed 30 minutes ago, because it was already processed their policy was that they could only give me $10 of the $19 I spent back on my card. SO now I will only get half of my money (and I'm honestly not holding my breath, considering the two nim-rods they have working working the " call center") ANd I still don't have my address changed. Bottom line folks this is SCAM.
