I googled usps to get to the change of address form. I clicked on the usps link and went to the form. I completed the form and thought I was on the correct site. This site is set up just like the post office site. I was charged the $19.95 instead of the $1 that the post office charges. I've changed our address online several times and this is the first time this has happened.
