They send me the fake tracking number twice. For the first trial, the item is being send to Japan, then i request them to resend the item. For the second time, the item was send to the Singapore.

In regard to your EMS? Ee874783681cn? We contacted Kitakata Post Office to know the details of the EMS, then we found that it was addressed to someone else lives in Kitaka area. So it was delivered already.
When i asked them to verify my address, they said that they send the item to Malaysia. These are the conversation that i have with them for the second tracking number;

When i check with the EMS, the item is being send to Singapore.
When i asked them for the refund, they always postponed the date. First, they said they will refund me on the 5th Dec, then they send email to me saying that they will refund on 7th DEc. Not only that, they said that they will only refund 65% of the money.
