This company asked for $25 processing fee made payable to Addleshaw Bird & Mitchell. The request came with the promise of a prize for $4.278 million.

They used an address: Processing Dept, PMB 130,1 Hewitt Square, East Northport, NY 11731

I would think this should involve " Mail Fraud".
