When I joined they asked if I wanted to pay $14.95 a month for website service or in full. They charged me for a full year I did not want. Also I never could load the problem. I send help tickets many times never got any help with the problem. Tried to get refund. No one is getting back with me I called the # on my bill C. Card they just have leave massage. Tried their website desktoplightning.com/help send more tickets no replies. I have called my CC Co. To report fraud' they take the money and go on to more people they can scram.
