I have purchased six airline e-tickets from an online service called (Flight Scanner Online) nearly one month ago. I made a full payment for $6,600 through a bank transfer based on the agency advice that they are not able to take credit cards at this point in time due to technical system problem. When I tried to verify the tickets with respective airlines, I was shocked to find that the e-tickets could not be verified and there is no record of the reservation. I called the agency several times and all I get is an answering machine. On a few instances, someone named Bruce answers the phone and indicates that there is a technical problem with airlines and that someone will call me back within 24-48 hours to rectify the problem and TS Agency will either send a new set of e-tickets or a full refund. Unfortunately, no one has called me back and I am stuck with worthless e-tickets. I think I have been scammed by this agency and would really appreciate your assistance on how to get my money back or to take a legal action.
