When i first went on this site, i bought a dress at dress braw. I was told it would take 15 days an extra 20 days to make because it was customised to my size, and up to 20 days for shipping time. When i attempted to follow up and track the dress, i was told in an email that i needed the order number for my dress to be tracked, otherwise nothing could be done.
I called the phone number provided, and the woman on the line told me to login to my dress braw/buying account in order to get my order number. After being unable to access my account, i was told by the woman that 'we are on holiday', and so 'maybe' would reply my email when they get back. She was unable to find my order and see if it would ever show up despite the fact that i had to spell my name 4 times.
