On the 8th of June I took my car to Firestone tire at 9070 forest lane Dallas tax and left car with attendant to do some minor repairs, car is a 2004 Audi A8, anyway I was told they could not do 4 of the 5 repairs I asked because of the type car and admitting they were not qualified enough, I said fine, so can u check my AC for a leak and top off if low with r-134 freon, but was told by Kennen a store salesmen that they could not top off freon... (a common practice), unless they take all refregirant out then put back in system, then top off, which I thought was strange because this was the first time I had heard about this type procedure, I said NO, but he says they have already charged me for this procedure and if they were not allowed to perform this then I would have to pay full price of 240 bucks, but what I had in system already would allow for a discount by not having to put any more from than from that amount... Anyway when I call to get ready to go pick up my vehicle... Kennen tells me my Compressor have stopped working, and I said this is Unacceptable, so he says talk to my manager Shane, who says my Compressor stopped working, and that they were not going to pay for it, all for a procedure I did not want and let it be known I did not want it, after I go to store they have attitude like they did this on purpose and would not try and work out anything with me... I say I will see them in Court and left!
