I ordered a pair of shoes over the phone. Months ago, and just looked at my bank statement and they took $39.95 or more. I called the customer service to get my money refunded, the first time I called this woman said there is no way to refund because I clicked the terms & agreements. Heres the thing I ordered over the phone, how did I click something over the phone? Its impossible. Then I called a second time to see if I could talk to a Supervisor and a guy answered and said the same thing and kept asking me what the problem was, I got frustrated and handed the phone over to my husband, he said do you know about the Better Business Bureau? And the guy hung up. I am calling my bank tomorrow to see if they can take the charge off my account. I did cancel my membership that I never agreed to and hopefully won't be charged again.
