My wife checked this company out in September when we were looking for daycare options for our daughter. She signed up for a free trial. They said they needed a credit card on file for the trial so she gave them our Discover card. Starting last month I noticed that there was no change in my credit card balance after making payments. Since my account is set up on autopay I never go into it, but my balance not changing peaked my curiosity. Once into my account I noticed a charge of $35 from CCI Care.com and traced the charges back to September WOW! I called the company and spoke to a rep named Fred, my wife called earlier in the day and talked to a Diana. Who stated that we should of never been charged and that company policy did not allow them to credit back any charges except the most recent charge as an exception, a favor? Thus my follow up call to Fred later in the day. I told him the situation, but he replied there was nothing he could do and there was no one else I could speak to about the situation. I told him we never even used their services, which he confirmed, but again apologized that there was nothing to do. I feel taken advantage of. We are not looking for a free ride and have no problem paying for services rendered, but this is a clear situation of them not willing to listened to us and be very content of robbing us of $735.00 with no remorse.
