I signed a contract with Professional Timeshare Services on 1/3113 and paid an upfront fee of $3495.00 to guide me thru the process of canceling a timeshare contract with Wyndham. My contacts with the company, Adam Roberts and Sharla Dabney assured me that they had a 100 percent track record of canceling contracts with Wyndham. The assisted me by providing the initial paperwork to submit to Wyndham and then they disappeared. I have had no contact from them since 2/26. They have not responded to emails or phone calls to any of the numbers or email addresses they provided to me. I filed a complaint with the Arizona BBB and I just received the response from PTS and they said they are still working with me which is ludicrous. How can they possibly think they are working with me when there has been NO communication for more than 3 months. I have also filed a complaint with the Arizona States Attorney's office as well as disputing their charge with my. Credit card. I will stand up for my consumer rights and not be scammed a second time.
