My husband and I contacted Professional Timeshare Services last fall. We spoke to Sharla Dabney and she was very helpful and told us how to proceed to cancel our timeshare contracts with Wyndham. We received the packet and had been following through with everything she told us to do.in March I e-mailed her the update from Bill Me Later and I did not get an e-mail reply so I tried calling her and found her number was disconnected. I tried sending a message on the site and it goes to a 404 page not found. I tried calling and left a message and have not heard back. They advertised a 100% money back guarantee and at this point I would like to get that back as this matter is not 100% resolved.
