I ordered a "Maximum PC" gift subscription last 12/19. Our gift recipient called on May 5 and said he never got the magazine. I placed an inquiry with the new magazine city's contact form immediately. The only reply I got was their standard reply of how when to expect delivery of first issue which they stated would be after 8 weeks from order date for monthly magazines. I replied and said that its been more than 12 weeks. They never responded, even after I called and left a message and repeatedly emailed asking for a refund. No reply. Total RIP OFF!
