I ordered a trial and then saw that and extra £89.99 had been taken from my bank.

I tried to cancel but to no avail so I called my bank up and have logged a dispute and the dispute team are going to try and get my money back.

My husband spoke to them on the phone and got into a massive argument with them and they refused to refund me any monies and told him that as we had logged a dispute we had to call them back with a bank member from the dispute team, which is impossible.

This company is just a scam company.
