I called this morning ans asked how much a oil change for my motorcycle would be and they looked it up and told me 65 or 70 dollars. So i rode up there with exactly 70 dollars in my pocket. While they were working on it i expressed interest in buying a new razor or side by side and trading my bike in on it and was going to buy one after they were done. When they were finished the store owner carey ackley rang it up at 109.00 i told him that i was told 65 or 70. This was one of the rudest persons i have ever met. He told me to bad now its 109!!! I said no ill pay the 70 that was all i brought since that was what i was told. He then told me he would call the cops if i dont come up with the 109. I told him this place is a rip off and that he is a thief! And he just laughed and said you gotta do what you gotta do. I told him i will report this to the bbb and will tell as many people as possible. So i had to call my wife and have her drive 30 miles to bring me a check book. But he was really a fool because not only will i never go back and will deter all my friends from going there but i would have bought a new side by side there today... 16,000 plus dollar sell will go to a different store now because of carey ackleys bad attitude and big mouth, i might stay away from polaris all together if this is how they run their business and who they have as a sells rep.
